Seasons / Chapter four / the Spring
The Season project consists of four chapters and each of them takes one particular season as a starting point.
Within this project we try to find the most suitable location and time of the year that would fit the essence of that season.
Chapter four - the Spring, was located in the garden of apple trees in a National Botanical Garden of Latvia.
The main themes for this chapter was bossom, freshness, scent and vibrance. All of these were guiding trough the six stages of the event and seven course menu.
